ZONECK delivers across India through our fulfillment partners and marketplace channels including Amazon FBA, Flipkart, and direct shipping.

⏱️ Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Rural / remote areas: 7–10 business days

Timelines may vary during festivals, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
• Orders below ₹499 — flat ₹49 shipping charge
• For marketplace orders (Amazon, Flipkart) — shipping as per platform policies

📋 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order on our partner courier's website or through the marketplace app.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• 7-day easy returns — no questions asked for most products
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact
• To initiate a return, email us at contact@zoneck.com with your order details
• Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product
• For damaged or defective products, replacement will be sent at no extra cost
